Multicolor Printing

Amen Packaging can print multi-color, heat-resistant images and product information on cylinder glass and plastic containers.  Near-unlimited color selection for any image; only limited by your imagination and market needs to make your product and its container stand out from the competition.  

From artwork design to templates and transfer to our state-of-the-art cylindrical printing machine.  Durable 360-degree, complete wrap-around printing technology can apply UV tempered ink using our digital cylinder printer and is designed to print superior quality full-color (CMYKWW + varnish) images on straight-walled and tapered cylinders.

When providing label design consultation, Amen Packaging can utilize your artwork and align it with the container dimensions.  Taking into account different substrates (glass, plastic, etc.) and the shape of the container into consideration, artwork can be customized to ensure not only proper presentation of your brand, but also how the container's contents overlay the artwork design.

Once complete, your artwork is transferred to our printer and ready to produce printed containers (jars, bottles, .etc).  Amen Packaging's team then prepares containers for printing (ensuring any necessary 'flaming' is completed).  

 

Each container is rigorously examined for quality control and packaged for delivery to the customer.  Our rapid printing allows for the adjustment of artwork to ensure the final decoration will meet the design and marketability of your product.
